The Associate Director, Program Management will be responsible for leading and coordinating drug development programs conducted in the European region as part of Perspective Therapeutics’ global R&D portfolio. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational execution, cross-functional, and cross-regional collaboration across global teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. This role assists in program management efforts for compounds advancing through early and late-stage clinical development, as Perspective Therapeutics grows its oncology-focused portfolio. The position offers a great opportunity for a skilled and motivated program management professional with drug development experience, particularly in oncology.*** This role requires the candidate to be based in Europe ***
Essential Functions
- Lead cross-functional program teams to drive execution of development programs taking place in the European region.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between European program teams and global leadership.
- Ensure alignment of regional program objectives with global development strategy.
- Monitor program progress and performance metrics and proactively address issues and delays.
- Facilitate effective communication across internal departments and external partners.
- Support regulatory strategy and submission planning in collaboration with regulatory affairs.
- Prepare and deliver program updates to senior leadership and governance committees.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and tools.

- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS, or equivalent) in life sciences or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 3 years of program management or cross-functional drug development leadership.
- Proven track record of managing global or regional drug development programs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, CMC, and commercial.
- Deep understanding of drug development processes and regulatory pathways.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours to accommodate global collaboration.
